Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 + Health benefits

Location:

Our 6,000 sq ft office is located in Carrollton, TX where hybrid work will be required as you'll need to be on-site frequently to coordinate ongoing and bigger projects with the marketing team as well as coordinate and meet with any influencers who we bring to the office. Depending on launch scope or system-building needs, there may be weeks requiring daily presence, while slower weeks may only need 1-4 days on-site. Financial assistance for relocation is available for candidates who are out of state.

Responsibilities:

As an enthusiastic and budding Influencer Marketing Manager, your main role will involve assisting in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies to support marketing campaigns across various social channels (like IG, TikTok, Facebook) and sales platforms (website, TikTok Shop, Amazon, brick-and-mortar). Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media marketing are essential. You'll also collaborate with the brand manager to ensure our campaigns align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Support: Assist in crafting influencer marketing strategies to align with marketing goals and brand initiatives, while considering channel profitability.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing influencer marketing campaign budgets to ensure profitability.
• Communication Support: Assist in maintaining communication with influencers and partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
• Contract Support: Assist in negotiating influencer contracts with a focus on scalability and maintaining positive relationships.
• Willingness to contribute to a dynamic startup environment, including participating in social content creation and utilizing your unique skills to contribute to company success.

Experience and Key Skills:

• Exposure to influencer marketing strategies, preferably within CPG or fitness apparel/lifestyle brands.
• While typically seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or influencer marketnig, all applicants are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in organizing in-person activations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Experience managing marketing budgets is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, adaptable to various influencer demographics and communication styles.
• Exposure to using influencer marketing software is beneficial.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of the role within the broader marketing context.
• Friendly and approachable personality that resonates with influencers.
