Location: Our 6,000 sq ft office is located in Carrollton, TX where hybrid work will be required as you'll need to be on-site frequently to film content and capture behind-the-scenes footage. Depending on launch scope or system-building needs, there may be weeks requiring daily presence, while slower weeks may only need 1-4 days on-site. Financial assistance for relocation is available for full-time out-of-state candidates.

Intro: Hello, prospective candidates! I'm Neil, the owner of Boba Tea Protein. We're currently an ambitious yet relaxed 11-person team, passionately striving to make the boba industry a little healthier. Our mission is no small feat, and we're searching for someone who craves a meaningful role, is eager to sink their teeth into a mission, and can fully execute their responsibilities while thriving in an environment that rewards constant growth and undertaking of bigger responsibilities.

Responsibilities: As a TikTok Creator and Social Media Enthusiast, your primary responsibility is to elevate our TikTok presence, making it a platform to showcase our brand's personality and boost sales. This role also offers long-term growth opportunities, including managing additional social channels and contributing to marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging TikTok content concepts and strategies for brand promotion.
• Cultivate the growth of our TikTok page as both a branding tool and a sales channel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to various aspects of business operations.
• Show a willingness to work in a startup environment, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative workspace.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven success in growing/maintaining TikTok pages, demonstrating creative content strategies.
• Proficient in TikTok strategy and content creation.
• Knowledgeable about marketing with a strong desire for a marketing career.
• Fun, outgoing personality with the ability to create captivating short-form videos.
• Video filming and editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with team members to create compelling TikTok content.

Preferred Additional (bonus) Skills/Experience:

• Social media management on various platforms (Twitter, IG, Reels, Facebook, etc.).
• On-camera or acting experience.
• Film school, film production, cinematography, or on-set lighting experience.
• Decent copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in a second language (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin).
• Experience working in a boba shop.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Buffer.com.
